Surat Trade and Mercantile Ltd Holds Meeting of Independent Directors for Performance Review

Surat Trade and Mercantile Ltd, in compliance with Regulation 25(3) of SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, and Schedule IV of the Companies Act, 2013, conducted a meeting of its Independent Directors on 24th March 2026. The meeting, held through video conference, focused on reviewing the performance of Non-Independent Directors, the Board as a whole, and the Chairperson of the Company. The Independent Directors also assessed the quality, quantity, and timeliness of information flow between the Company’s management and the Board.
