Susan Electricals Approves ESOP Plan, New Foundation, Director Appointment

Susan Electricals India Ltd's Board of Directors met on August 7, 2026, approving the "Susan Electricals India Limited – Employee Stock Option Plan, 2026" (SEIL ESOP, 2026) for up to 2,04,000 options, subject to member approval. The board also approved the incorporation of "Susan Foundation" for charitable activities and appointed Mr. Charan Singh as an Additional Director. An Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) is scheduled for September 3, 2026, with August 27, 2026, set as the cut-off date for e-voting. Mr. Manoj Kumar resigned as a Director.
