Susan Electricals Director Manoj Kumar Resigns

Susan Electricals India Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Manoj Kumar from his position as Non-Executive Director, effective August 5, 2026. The resignation is due to personal reasons, as stated in his resignation letter. Mr. Kumar will also cease to be a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee & Stakeholders Relationship Committee. He confirmed there are no other material reasons for his departure and no disagreements with the Board or management.
