Suyog Gurbaxani Re-appoints Manisha Shelar as Independent Director

Suyog Gurbaxani Funicular Ropeways Ltd has announced the re-appointment of Mrs. Manisha Shelar as an Independent Woman Director for a second term. The re-appointment is for three consecutive years, commencing September 4, 2026, up to September 3, 2029, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Shelar holds an M.Tech. in VLSI Design and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering, and is currently an Assistant Professor. She is not related to any company directors and has not been debarred by any SEBI order.
