SV Trading MD Resigns, New CEO Appointed

SV Trading & Agencies Ltd announced significant management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on August 11, 2026. Mr. Gopal Lal Paliwal resigned as Managing Director but will continue as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director. Mrs. Jyotsana Vishnu Joshi was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years, subject to member approval. Mr. Varun Kumar Choubisa and Mr. Yashawant Kumar Choubisa resigned as Independent Directors with immediate effect. Mr. Manoharbhai Premshankarji Joshi has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company.
