SVA India Ltd Acquires Majority Stake in Associate Company Aussee Oats India Limited

SVA India Ltd, a company registered under the Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regulations, has announced the acquisition of a majority stake in its associate company, Aussee Oats India Limited. The acquisition was made through a rights issue, where SVA India Ltd subscribed to 4,99,999 Class A Equity Shares of Aussee Oats India Limited at par. This investment has increased SVA India Ltd's holding in Aussee Oats India Limited from 49.99% to 66.66%, thereby making Aussee Oats India Limited a subsidiary of SVA India Ltd. The acquisition was made at an arm's length and did not involve any related party transactions. The total consideration for the acquisition was Rs. 49,99,990.
