Svaraj Trading declares unaudited Q1 FY27 results, appoints new Company Secretary

Svaraj Trading & Agencies Ltd announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The Board of Directors approved the results and also appointed Ms. Pragati Rai as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective August 10, 2026. The company also scheduled its 46th Annual General Meeting for September 30, 2026. Ms. Rai brings over four years of experience in secretarial matters and holds a Master of Commerce degree.
