SVC Industries Board Approves Directors' Report, AGM, Land Deal

SVC Industries Limited announced the outcome of its board meeting held on August 29, 2026. The board approved the Directors' Report for FY 2025-26 and set the 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) for September 30, 2026. The record date for the AGM is set from September 24 to September 30, 2026. Key approvals also include the development/mortgage/disposal of land, subject to shareholder approval, and alterations to the Memorandum of Association. Furthermore, the re-appointment of Mr. Advait Chaturvedi as Non-Executive Director and Ms. Sonal Jitendra Waghela as Non-Executive Independent Director were approved, along with the appointment of Mr. Ambuj Chaturvedi as Managing Director, all subject to shareholder consent.
