SVP Global Textiles Appoints New Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

SVP Global Textiles Ltd announced changes in its Key Managerial Personnel following a Board Meeting. Mrs. Urmi Chhapariya resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 20, 2026. The Board accepted her resignation, noting no material reasons beyond those stated. Subsequently, Mr. Narayan Das Suryawanshi has been appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 21, 2026. Mr. Suryawanshi is a qualified Company Secretary with extensive experience in corporate governance and regulatory affairs.
