SW Investments Ltd to Approve Q3 and Nine Months Results on Feb 5, 2026

SW Investments Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 5, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2025. The meeting is scheduled in accordance with Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, the company has announced that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will remain closed till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results, in line with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the Company.
