Swaraj Engines Appoints New Internal Auditor, Replaces K. N. Vaidyanathan

Swaraj Engines Limited announced changes to its internal audit function during a Board of Directors meeting held on June 26, 2026. Mr. K. N. Vaidyanathan will cease to be the Internal Auditor effective June 30, 2026, upon completion of his term as Group Chief Internal Auditor of the holding company, Mahindra and Mahindra Limited. The Board expressed gratitude for his contributions. Concurrently, Mr. Vimal Agarwal has been appointed as the new Internal Auditor, effective July 1, 2026, coinciding with his appointment as Group Chief Internal Auditor of Mahindra and Mahindra Limited. Mr. Agarwal brings extensive experience in finance, governance, and strategy.
