He has significantly contributed to the Deming and JQM Award journey in Farm Division, implemented TPM across both Automotive Division and Farm Division, and initiated and drove the 'Engine No Testing' approach in Automotive Division, resulting in lower carbon emissions, reduced capex, and improved lead time and productivity. His core competencies include system implementation, process know-how, and statistical problem-solving tools, coupled with hands-on Lean Manufacturing Practices.
