Swaraj Engines Appoints Sanjay Kshirsagar as Whole Time Director & CEO

Swaraj Engines Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kshirsagar as an Additional Director and subsequently as Whole Time Director, designated as Whole Time Director and Chief Executive Officer. This appointment is effective from September 1, 2026, for a term of three years, subject to shareholder approval. Mr. Kshirsagar, a Mechanical Engineer with over 34 years of experience in projects and manufacturing operations, currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (Designate) and has a strong background in automotive manufacturing, digitization, and lean practices, including significant roles at Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.
