Swaraj Engines Ltd. Appoints Mr. Sanjay Kshirsagar as Chief Executive Officer (Designate)

The Board of Directors of Swaraj Engines Limited has approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Kshirsagar as Chief Executive Officer (Designate) and Senior Management Personnel with effect from 10th April, 2026. Mr. Kshirsagar is a Mechanical Engineer and Post Graduate in Financial Management with over 34 years of rich experience in Projects and Manufacturing Operations. He has significantly contributed to the Deming and JQM Award journey in Farm Division, implemented TPM across both Automotive Division and Farm Division, and initiated and drove the 'Engine No Testing' approach in Automotive Division, resulting in lower carbon emissions, reduced capex, and improved lead time and productivity. His core competencies include system implementation, process know-how, and statistical problem-solving tools, coupled with hands-on Lean Manufacturing Practices.
