The transfer of 4,65,000 equity shares worth Rs. 10 each was made on 27th March, 2026, by way of gift. The total share capital of Swashthik Plascon Ltd is 1,94,67,995 equity shares of face value Rs. 10 each, as per the latest filing done by the company to the Stock Exchange under Regulation 31 of the SEBI Regulations, 2015.
