Swasth Foodtech Appoints Internal & Cost Auditors for FY27

Swasth Foodtech India Ltd has appointed M/s. Dipika Naresh Dayma, Chartered Accountants, as the Internal Auditor and Dipak Lal & Associates, Cost Accountants, as the Cost Auditors for the financial year 2026-27. This decision was made during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 26, 2026, where the audited financial results for the half and financial year ended March 31, 2026, were also approved. The auditors' report on the standalone and consolidated financial results was issued with an unmodified opinion by M/s. Baid Agarwal Singhi & Co., Chartered Accountants.
