Swelect Energy Recommends ₹3.50 Dividend; AGM on July 31

Swelect Energy Systems Ltd's board approved the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2026, and recommended a final dividend of ₹3.50 per equity share. The dividend, if approved at the AGM, will be paid on August 13, 2026. The 31st Annual General Meeting is scheduled for July 31, 2026, via video conferencing, with a record date of July 24, 2026.
