Symphony Completes Bonaire USA & IPRs Transfer for AUD 7.6M

Symphony Ltd has completed the transfer of its 100% equity stake in Bonaire USA LLC (BUSA) and Intellectual Property Rights (IPRs) from Climate Technologies Pty Limited (CTPL). The total consideration of AUD 7.6 million (approximately ₹52 crore) was remitted to CTPL, with AUD 4.3 million for BUSA and AUD 3.3 million for IPRs. CTPL utilized the entire proceeds to prepay working capital borrowings, reducing outstanding debt to approximately AUD 5.5 million. Symphony will restrict future funding to Australian subsidiaries to regulatory requirements, as per the Board's directive.
