Syngene Invests ₹2.52 Cr in Renewable Power Firm

Syngene International Ltd has entered into a Share Subscription and Shareholders Agreement with Ampin C&I Power Twelve Private Limited for the acquisition of renewable power. The company will invest ₹2,52,00,000 to acquire 25,20,000 equity shares, representing 12.44% on an undiluted basis, with a minimum of 7.93% on a fully diluted basis post-investment by other entities. This strategic investment aims to enhance Syngene's renewable power consumption, support its decarbonization goals, reduce energy costs, and lower its carbon footprint. The acquisition does not involve related parties and aligns with Syngene's renewable energy objectives.
