Texmo Pipes Allots ₹6.98 Cr Shares to Promoters

Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting on October 13, 2026, approved the allotment of 15,30,000 equity shares to promoters Shri Sanjay Kumar Agrawal and Smt. Rashmi Agrawal on a preferential basis. The shares, with a face value of ₹10 each, were issued at a price of ₹45.65 per share (including a premium of ₹35.65), aggregating to ₹6,98,44,500 (₹6.98 Crore). This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹29,19,50,000 to ₹30,72,50,000. Post-allotment, Shri Sanjay Kumar Agrawal's shareholding increased from 18.66% to 19.46%, and Smt. Rashmi Agrawal's from 16.10% to 18.55%.
