Texmo Pipes Allots 15.3 Lakh Shares to Promoters for ₹6.98 Cr

Texmo Pipes and Products Ltd announced the allotment of 15,30,000 equity shares to promoters Shri Sanjay Kumar Agrawal and Smt. Rashmi Agrawal on a preferential basis. The shares were issued at ₹45.65 each, including a premium of ₹35.65, aggregating to ₹6,98,44,500 (₹6.98 Crore). This allotment increases the company's paid-up equity share capital from ₹29,19,50,000 to ₹30,72,50,000. The new shares rank pari-passu with existing equity shares. Following the allotment, promoter shareholding increased: Shri Sanjay Kumar Agrawal's stake rose to 19.46% and Smt. Rashmi Agrawal's to 18.55%.
