Taj Gvk Hotels Trading Window Closure for Q1 FY27 Results

Taj Gvk Hotels & Resorts Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for directors, promoters, and designated persons. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will be effective from July 1, 2026. The window will remain shut until the completion of the Board Meeting, which is scheduled to approve the standalone and consolidated un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. The trading window will reopen 48 hours after the board meeting and the general availability of the financial results.
