Takyon Networks Re-appoints Internal & Secretarial Auditors

Takyon Networks Ltd re-appointed M/s Kapoor Varma & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and M/s Gesu Nathani & Associates as Secretarial Auditor for five years from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The decisions were made during the Board Meeting held on May 20, 2026, as per Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
