The lease is for a term of five years, from May 10, 2026, to May 9, 2031. The premises will be used for business operations and expansions. The monthly rent for the property is ₹1,10,000. The lessors, Sh. Satish Kumar Rawal and Sh. Vineet Kumar Rawal, are not related to the company's promoter group or group companies, and the transaction is not considered a related party transaction.
