Talbros Engineering Limited has revised its earlier intimation regarding the purchase of new industrial premises. The company clarified that the acquired property in Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh, measures 40,000 square meters, correcting a previous inadvertent mention of 40,000 square feet. The premises, located at Plot No. 70-B, Sector – 3, Industrial Growth Center, Pithampur, Dhar, Madhya Pradesh - 454774, will be used for future expansion and new project development. The total consideration for the purchase is ₹25,00,00,000/-. The seller, M/s Lakhani Rubber Products Private Limited, is not related to the promoter group.
