Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Reappoints Director for Extended Term

Tamilnad Mercantile Bank Limited announced the re-appointment of Thiru.C.Chiranjeeviraj as a Non-Executive Independent Director. The shareholders approved his re-appointment for a second term of two years and three months, effective from July 16, 2026, to October 15, 2028. Thiru.C.Chiranjeeviraj is a practicing Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in auditing, accounting, taxation, and finance. He is not related to any existing directors or key managerial personnel and has no debarment from SEBI or other authorities.
