Taneja Aerospace Declares 1% Interim Dividend for FY 2025-26, Reports Q3 and Nine Months Financial Results

Taneja Aerospace & Aviation Ltd. has declared a 1% interim dividend of Rs. 2.50/- per equity share for the FY 2025-26. The record date for the dividend is February 20, 2026. The company has also reported its un-audited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The revenue from operations stands at Rs. 4,061.69 crore for the quarter, with a profit before tax of Rs. 234.17 crore. The company has recognized an exceptional item of Rs. 15.93 lakh due to the impact of New Labour Codes. The statement has been reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors.
