Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Ltd announced its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on September 22, 2026, at 11:00 am IST via Video Conferencing. The Board of Directors also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. A cut-off date of September 15, 2026, was set for determining shareholders eligible to vote. Additionally, M/s MR & Associates has been appointed as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process, and Mr. Biswajit Chakraborty's designation has been changed from Senior Management Personnel to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective August 11, 2026.
