Twamev Construction and Infrastructure Ltd has announced the cut-off date for its 61st Annual General Meeting (AGM) as Tuesday, September 15, 2026. The AGM itself will be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2026, at 11:00 am IST via Video Conferencing. The Board of Directors also approved the un-audited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, and appointed M/s MR & Associates as the scrutinizer for the e-voting process. Additionally, Mr. Biswajit Chakraborty's designation has been changed from Senior Management Personnel to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective August 11, 2026.
