Taparia Tools Ltd. has received a final order from the Office of the Commissioner of Central GST & Central Excise, Nashik Commissionerate, dropping penalty proceedings in full. The GST Department, after verifying the company's purchase documents, banking transactions, and production records, found no intent to evade tax. The alleged amount involved was INR 1,30,76,422. The company produced all relevant purchase and banking records, which were accepted by the Department. The production data clearly demonstrated genuine manufacturing and supply activities.
