Tarmat Ltd has announced the sad demise of Mrs. Saramma Varghese, a member of the Promoter and Promoter Group. The company was officially intimated of her passing on August 4, 2026, with the demise occurring on August 3, 2026. Mrs. Varghese held 1,051,161 equity shares, representing 4.19% of the company's shareholding. As per SEBI regulations, upon the death of a promoter or person belonging to the promoter group, they automatically cease to be classified as such. Tarmat Ltd is initiating necessary procedures for share transmission and updating records with its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent.
