ICICI Prudential MF Crosses 5% Stake in CIE Automotive India

ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, through its various schemes, has acquired 63,542 equity shares of CIE Automotive India Ltd. on September 17, 2026. This acquisition has resulted in the Fund's total shareholding exceeding 5% of the company's paid-up capital, reaching 5.013%. The acquisition was made from an investment perspective, not to seek controlling interest. The total holding before the acquisition was 4.996%, amounting to 1,89,54,271 shares. The shares were purchased through the open market.
