The company will close its Register of Members and Share Transfer Books from September 23 to September 30, 2026. An e-voting cut-off date of September 24, 2026, has been set, with remote e-voting available from September 26 to September 29, 2026, via the Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. platform. Mr. Prashant Diwan has been appointed as Scrutinizer for the e-voting process.
