Tashi India Appoints and Accepts Director Resignation

Tashi India Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on May 8, 2026, approved the appointment of Shri Rohit Hargovind Bajaj and Shri Sunil Hargovind Bajaj as Additional Non-Executive Directors, effective the same day. Additionally, the board accepted the resignation of Mr. Akshay Ratanchand Ranka from his position as Non-Executive Director, also effective May 8, 2026, due to pre-occupation and other commitments.
