Tata Capital AGM on Aug 19, 2026; Auditor Appointed

Tata Capital Limited has announced that its 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, August 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. via Video Conferencing. The Board of Directors also approved setting Monday, July 27, 2026, as the Record Date for determining eligibility for the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. Subject to shareholder approval at the AGM, the dividend is expected to be paid on or after August 24, 2026. Additionally, M/s. T. P. Ostwal & Associates LLP has been appointed as a Joint Statutory Auditor for a three-year term starting from FY 2026-27, replacing M/s. MSKA & Associates LLP whose tenure ends at the upcoming AGM.
