Tata Capital Fixes July 27 Record Date for Final Dividend

Tata Capital Limited's Board of Directors has fixed July 27, 2026, as the Record Date for determining member entitlement to the final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The 35th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for August 19, 2026, where the dividend will be proposed for declaration. Subject to shareholder approval, the dividend payment is expected on or after August 24, 2026. Additionally, the board approved the appointment of M/s. T. P. Ostwal & Associates LLP as a Joint Statutory Auditor for three years, commencing from the conclusion of the 35th AGM.
