Tata Capital: Kiran Joshi to retire, Mandar Joshi appointed Head - Treasury

Tata Capital Limited announced a change in its Senior Management Personnel. Mr. Kiran Joshi, Head - Treasury, will retire on September 30, 2026, upon superannuation. The Board of Directors, based on the Nomination and Remuneration Committee's recommendation, has approved the appointment of Mr. Mandar Joshi as the new Head - Treasury, effective October 1, 2026. Mr. Mandar Joshi brings over 20 years of experience in Treasury and Corporate Strategy within the financial services sector, having been with Tata Capital since 2007 and previously working with Tata Motors Limited.
