Tata Chemicals UK Subsidiaries Appoint New Auditor

Tata Chemicals Limited announced a change in statutory auditors for its material subsidiaries in the UK: Homefield Pvt. UK Limited, TCE Group Limited, Brunner Mond Group Limited, and British Salt Limited. KPMG LLP has resigned, and KNAV Limited has been appointed as the new statutory auditor for these entities. The change is attributed to the continuation of audit fees at levels no longer acceptable to the respective entities. The statutory auditors have not raised any concerns with the Audit Committee or Board of the respective entities.
