Tata Communications has responded to queries from BSE and NSE regarding a news item about the potential sale of its data center company, STT GDC India, for over $5.5 billion. The company stated that it regularly evaluates strategic opportunities in the ordinary course of business. However, it declined to comment on market speculation, rumors, or unverified media reports. Tata Communications affirmed that as of the current date, there is no material event or information requiring disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The company assured that it will make appropriate disclosures as and when required.
