Tata Communications Subsidiary Reaches Tax Settlement Agreement

Tata Communications (Canada) Ltd. (TC Canada), a subsidiary of Tata Communications Ltd., has reached an agreement in principle with the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to settle tax claims related to its international telecommunications services business. This follows a prior in-principle agreement for the Signaling business. The company states there is no material impact expected on its financials currently. The terms of the settlement are under finalization, and further disclosures will be made upon execution of the settlement documents.
