K M Sugar Mills: NCLT Order Received for Distillery Division Demerger

K M Sugar Mills Ltd has received a certified true copy of the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) order dated August 19, 2026, approving the Scheme of Arrangement for the demerger of its Distillery Division. This division will be transferred to KM Spirits and Allied Industries Limited. The Appointed Date for the scheme is April 01, 2026. The Effective Date and Record Date will be determined by the Boards of Directors of both companies and communicated later. This follows earlier intimations regarding the NCLT's pronouncement of the order.
