MHP is a leading automotive and industrial consulting firm specializing in AI, digital transformation, and software-defined mobility. This acquisition is a strategic move to bolster a long-term AI transformation partnership between TCS and Porsche, which includes a five-year strategic deal worth €1.25 billion. The partnership aims to industrialize AI across Porsche's operations and deliver next-generation automotive technology services. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and is expected to complete within 3-4 months. MHP reported a turnover of €742 million in CY2025 and has approximately 4,500 employees.
