Blue Cloud Softech to acquire US-based CareTech AI Inc.

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has granted in-principle approval to evaluate and negotiate the acquisition of up to 100% equity in CareTech AI Inc., a US-based AI healthcare technology company. The consideration would be discharged via a share swap through preferential allotment, subject to due diligence, valuation, and regulatory approvals. Advisors and a committee have been appointed to oversee the process. CareTech AI Inc. reported consolidated revenues of approximately US$80.2 million for CY2025 and an estimated US$116 million for CY2026. The transaction is not a related party transaction.
