Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Limited has signed a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with Global Council for Investment and Business for Africa (GCIB) and Afro Mobile SARL. This strategic partnership aims to develop telecommunications and digital infrastructure across Africa. The MoA covers projects like national fibre-optic networks, 4G/5G infrastructure, submarine cable landing stations, digital public infrastructure, and satellite connectivity. Blue Cloud will lead as the Technology and Digital Transformation Partner, GCIB as the Strategic Development and Investment Partner, and Afro Mobile as the Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure Partner. The initial term of cooperation is five years, with specific projects to be governed by separate agreements.
