Blue Cloud Softech Signs Africa Infra MoU with GCIB & Afro Mobile

Blue Cloud Softech Solutions Ltd has signed a strategic Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) with the Global Council for Investment and Business for Africa (GCIB) and Afro Mobile SARL. The agreement aims to establish a partnership framework for developing telecommunications and digital infrastructure across Africa. This includes projects like national fibre-optic backbones, 4G/5G networks, international connectivity, telecom towers, digital public infrastructure, and satellite connectivity. Blue Cloud Softech will act as the Lead Technology and Digital Transformation Partner, GCIB as the Strategic Development and Investment Partner, and Afro Mobile as the Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure Partner. The MoA has an initial term of five years and does not involve immediate financial commitments, with specific project details to be agreed upon separately.
