Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced an expanded collaboration with ABB, a global technology leader, to transform ABB's global network operations through an AI-driven, secure, and standardized digital infrastructure. This multi-million, multi-year deal marks the next phase of a 20-year partnership. TCS will scale its role to deliver end-to-end global network operations via a network-as-a-service model, aiming to improve user experience, operational efficiency, security, and scale. The engagement is centered around ABB's Future Network Model programme, which will replace fragmented environments with a secure, scalable, and service-driven architecture, utilizing AI for continuous sensing, adaptation, and improvement.
