TCS Partners New York's New Terminal One at JFK Airport

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered a strategic partnership with the New Terminal One at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) to serve as its technology and innovation partner. TCS will focus on strengthening the digital foundation of the new terminal, aiming to create a next-generation guest experience, enhance airline cost efficiencies, and elevate international travel standards at JFK. The scope includes supporting passenger processing systems, AI-driven IT operations, infrastructure management, enterprise applications, and cybersecurity. TCS's proprietary solutions, Cognix™ and ignio™, will be leveraged to provide end-to-end visibility and proactive management of key airport operations and guest experience components, ultimately aiming for lower operating costs for airlines and a more efficient travel experience for passengers. This collaboration is part of the Port Authority's broader $19 billion JFK Airport transformation project.
