Tata Investment Corp: Record Date Set for ₹3.40 Dividend

Tata Investment Corporation Ltd has set June 10, 2026, as the record date for determining entitlement to the final dividend of ₹3.40 (340%) per equity share of Re.1 each for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM scheduled for July 1, 2026. The dividend payment will be made on or after July 2, 2026, to beneficial owners and members holding shares in dematerialized and physical form, respectively, after deduction of applicable tax.
