Tata Motors PV Sales Surge 56% YoY to 67,753 Units in Aug 2026

Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Ltd. reported a significant year-on-year growth of 56% in total sales for August 2026, reaching 67,753 units compared to 43,315 units in August 2025. Domestic sales for the Passenger Vehicles (PV) segment grew by 59% to 65,253 units, while the PV International Business (IB) saw an 8% increase to 2,500 units. The electric vehicle (EV) segment, including Tata Passenger Electric Mobility Limited, experienced a remarkable 94% growth, with sales reaching 16,549 units. This strong performance underscores the company's expanding market presence and the growing demand for its diverse vehicle portfolio, including electric mobility solutions.
