Tata Motors Subsidiary Launches Tender Offer for Iveco Group Shares

Tata Motors' indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, TML CV Holdings B.V., has announced a voluntary totalitarian tender offer for all common shares of Iveco Group N.V. The Offer Document, approved by CONSOB, details the offer which runs from September 7, 2026, to October 26, 2026. The offer price is Euro 14.10 per common share (cum dividend). The Offer Document is available at various locations including the registered offices of the Offeror and Iveco Group, as well as on the websites of Tata Motors and Iveco Group. The transaction is subject to certain effectiveness conditions.
